Who we are

SmileBulgaria is a patient introduction and coordination service that helps UK patients access EU-standard dental treatment in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are not a dental practice and do not provide clinical advice or diagnosis.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred timeline, any notes you add, and, if you choose to share them, an X-ray or photo of your smile.

We do not use browser localStorage to track you, and we do not run advertising trackers without your consent.

How we use your information

We use your details solely to prepare and discuss your personalised treatment plan, to coordinate your care and travel if you proceed, and to follow up on your enquiry. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, as our lawful basis under UK GDPR.

Who we share it with

To prepare your treatment plan we share the relevant clinical details with the EU-regulated clinical team handling your case. We never sell your data, and we never share it with unrelated third parties for marketing.

Advertising measurement

With your explicit advertising consent, we use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure Facebook and Instagram campaign performance. The browser Pixel may set the _fbp and _fbc cookies. After a valid enquiry is saved, the Conversions API sends Meta SHA-256 hashed versions of the submitted email and phone, together with the event identifier, IP address, browser user agent and available Meta click identifiers.

Browser and server events share one event ID so Meta can deduplicate them. No advertising tracker or conversion event is activated when consent is rejected. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited acts as the provider of these advertising measurement services.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to provide your plan and any treatment coordination you ask for, and no longer than necessary thereafter. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights
